2. Definitions

  • Service - the website available at cramzap.com
  • User - a person using the Service
  • Administrator - the owner and operator of the Service
  • Quiz - a set of questions generated from an uploaded document

3. Terms of Use

Users agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable law
  • Not upload illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content
  • Not violate copyright or other intellectual property rights
  • Not upload personal data of third parties without their consent

4. Liability for Uploaded Content

4.1. User Liability

Users bear full and exclusive liability for content uploaded to the Service, including:

  • Having rights to upload documents
  • Copyright compliance of uploaded content
  • Protection of confidential and trade secret information
  • Protection of third-party personal data

4.2. Administrator Liability Disclaimer

The Administrator, acting as a hosting service provider under applicable law, is not liable for:

  • Content uploaded by Users
  • Copyright infringement by Users
  • Disclosure of confidential data by Users
  • Use of the Service in violation of these Terms
  • Damages from uploading sensitive documents

4.3. Notice and Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving credible notice of illegal content, the Administrator will promptly disable access to such content in accordance with applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the Service, including source code, graphics, and text, belong to the Administrator. Users retain rights to their uploaded content while granting the Administrator a license to process it as necessary for service provision.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Administrator is not liable for:

  • Quality of generated questions
  • AI algorithm errors
  • Damages arising from Service use

7. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account and all associated data at any time. The Administrator reserves the right to delete accounts that violate these Terms.

The Administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes 14 days in advance.

9. Governing Law

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms take effect upon publication. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
