Uploaded PDF documents are temporarily processed for question generation and are not permanently stored on servers. Generated quizzes are stored until deleted by the user or Administrator.

The Administrator is not liable for users uploading documents containing:

  • Trade secrets
  • Professional secrets (e.g., medical, legal)
  • Special category data (health, religion, sexual orientation, etc.)

By uploading a document, users confirm they have the right to process it and bear full responsibility for any rights violations.

6.2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The Administrator is not liable for copyright or intellectual property violations by users, including:

  • Uploading copyrighted documents without permission
  • Publishing quizzes with content violating third-party copyrights
  • Using the Service to distribute infringing content

As a hosting service provider, the Administrator is not liable for user-stored content if:

  • They have no knowledge of its illegal nature
  • Upon learning, they promptly disable access to such content

6.3. Reporting Violations

To report copyright or other rights violations, please contact us. The Administrator will promptly remove infringing content upon receiving credible notice.

7. Third-Party Processing

Uploaded document content is processed by external APIs (OpenAI) for question generation. This processing complies with the provider's privacy policy and data processing agreements.

The Service uses cookies necessary for proper functioning (login session). Using the Service constitutes acceptance of cookies according to browser settings.
